Wellbeing Erewash want to make sure carers in Erewash know where they can get help and advice if needed.

We would like to invite you to help us to develop a carers’ action plan for Wellbeing Erewash.

The things we would like to explore are:

What current support exists for carers in Erewash?
What gaps are there in services?
What is working well?
How can we better support carers when accessing services?
What services do you currently get from your GP?
Is there anything else that would support carers in Erewash?

To book your place contact Lee at Erewash Voluntary Action – 0115 9466740 or lee@erewashcvs.org.uk
